  1. It’s great to hear your voice Bats, even as rough as it is.
    I’m guessing you’re not in a position to get anti-anxiety meds?

    I don’t get it near as bad as what you’re describing, but listening to music I love and tuning out everything else helps me.

    (Sometimes I also wave around the big spoon in the kitchen and make lightsaber noises.)
    (And if it gives you a small chuckle, it’s totally worth it.)
