Personally, I think EVERY topic should and can be talked about. Of course, I’m an alcoholic, bipolar woman who is going by an anonymous name and blogging about it openly on the internet so I’m not sure I’m the one to be answering this question.

  1. Talking things out, even if no one is listening, helps. Whether I publish it or not, writing helps me sort things out and lets me vent. I need that.
