hihi, my brain has issues with remembering more than 5 things to do so this is easy enuff for me… 😀
I have lists everywhere to try and remember all of the things I need to but then I sometimes lose the lists and well…HA!

Good poster that tells it like it is. Happiness is a choice we make between our ears. In most cases the happiness choice is a choice to be contented with what we have, grateful for all those who love us, and for having a life to live. That’s where I am at now. From time to time I slide into the darkness and then when I tired of being down there I crawl hand over hand into the light again.
